The Jangro Premium Floor Undercoat Sealer BD240-5 is a crystal clear formula for high traffic areas.

The professional use emulsion floor seal has exceptional hardwearing properties that protect from black marks and scuffs from shoes. It is a quick drying, non-flammable and non-toxic. For use as a foundation undercoat prior to the application of floor finish or on badly worn, porous floors.

It can be used in commercial premises on terrazzo, quarry tiles, unglazed ceramic tiles, marble, brick, linoleum, vinyl, wood and cork floors. It has a pH between 8-9 and is for professional use only.
